1- Get complete product knowledge of each & every item in product list
2- Close coordination with business managers/buyers, DMs & FMs at LMTs
3- Develop & map a LMTs in assign territory
4- Explore business opportunities with all online stores operating in assign territory
5- Explore business opportunities with any business operation other than dealers network
6- Develop a List of Corporate/institutional clients/prospects. (this includes educational institution also)
7- Hiring, developing & monitoring team of Merchandisers/Sales executives, as & when required.
8- Managing team’s attendance, issues & performance in coordination with your direct reporting line (Head of Corporate Div)
9- Manage & keep the face lifted of our shelves at all clients stores.
10- Weekly booking of orders from LMTs & others.
11- Develop & implement promotions on products in coordination with Head of Corporate Div.
