a. Accountable for all issues in the domain of Sales (order, billing, collection and resolution of disputes), Marketing (brand communication & promotional scheme etc.) & administrative issues related to area and customers portfolio.

b. Create a sales and distribution network of markets and customers with demand of company product portfolio

c. Find, scrutinize, appoint, and manage dealers in order to build a solid direct sales pipeline resulting in achievement of budgeted sales target.

d. Execute a process for dealer assessment and appointment. Track dealer’s performance against leading indicators, continually reevaluating partnerships.

e. Prepare the Dealer, Product & Area-wise annual budget for branch sales with the help of Sales Team based on proper forecasts adjusted to market growth and seasonal trends and forward the same to the Regional Sales Manager for approval.

f. Develop and implement product campaigns, sales promotions and channel incentives targeted to specific market and/or product. Provide dealers with company marketing & communication materials, market intelligence and other sales & technical support to retain and grow key accounts.

g. Coordinate with Sales Team on daily basis to discuss sales activities and provide guidelines for resolving any problems faced by them, determine reasons for any delay in achieving sales targets and any matters related to production to ensure sales targets are achieved in a timely manner.

h. Coordinate all efforts with dealers, develop key relationships with HIGH volume customers and maintain high coordination with dealers, anticipate any future orders from them to ensure all their needs are met and customer relationships grow stronger.

i. Interact at all levels within the customer’s organization. Inquire for any complaints they face with the product and in event of any, take prompt action to resolve customer complaints and if need arises coordinate with service and arrange a visit to gain a better understating of the grievance, assure customer that the complaint will be resolved in the earliest possible time and follow up with the factory/concerned until complaint is resolved and customer confidence is revived.

j. Arrange reimbursement for settlement in event of any complaint as per the decision taken by Sr. Management to maintain customer relationship.

k. Coordinate the operational end-to-end implementation, from confirmation of orders to dispatch, of order, resolve matters by maintaining coordination with the concerned departments to ensure effective and efficient fulfillment of tasks

l. Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure timely and economical loading of orders.

m. Compile and submit inventory requirement to Regional Sales Manager office on daily basis

n. Work closely with the Supply Chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met on timely basis.

o. Vigilant follow up of monthly sales targets deduced from the approved annual budget by monitoring actual sales on a daily basis and in event of any deviations from targeted sales, determine reasons and devise strategies to overcome the situation.

p. Compile and analyze Monthly Sales Reports received from the Sales Team providing analysis of actual sales compared to budgeted sales based on the sales figures and forward to Regional Sales Manager for review.

q. Monitor receivable of all credit clients to ensure that customers do not exceed their assigned credit limits and make continuous and prompt payments

r. Keep abreast of what competitors are doing. Conduct surveys of existing & potential markets to increase market share and identify potential dealers, introduce existing products in new areas/markets. Share customer and market information with relevant departments.

s. Be involved with identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies.
