Position Summary

As Sales Manager, based at HO in Karachi, you will have minimum experience of 3 years in FMCG industry Sales Management. You would ensure achievement of agreed Targets and will be looking at growth opportunities, for increased revenues. Your area of operation will on National canvas and the entire Field Force, including Senior Managers and Managers will Report to him.

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your Distributor & customer base
Servicing the needs of your existing Distributor & customers
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
Recruiting and training sales staff
Allocating areas to sales representatives
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Reporting to senior managers / Head Office
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
