- Prepare vouchers
- Make journal entries in the Accounting software.
- Prepare Cheques, Bank Transfer, Pay orders etc.
- Bank & Ledger reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash & perform other related duties in accounting.
- Timely payments of utility bills.
- Timely Payments of WHT U/S 165.
- Monthly Statement e-filing U/S 165.
- Timely Payment of Sind Sales tax.
- Monthly Sind Sales Tax Return e-filling.
- Proper maintenance of archived data and files.
- Managing & Processing Payrolls.
- Perform outdoor works if required.
- Coordinate with operation department for payments.
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Any task given by immediate supervisor.
Minimum Requiremnt:
- Bachelors of Commerce
