. HR Manager Required .

Dawat-e-Islami is a global non-political movement for the propagation of the Holy Quran and Sunnah, is serving Ummah with its Islamic centers in more than 187 countries of the world. We need a highly qualified HR Specialist who will be the Incharge of all departments & Madani activities related to HR department around the whole world, who will be directly reporting to Markazi Majlis-e- Shoora.

Purpose:
This position is responsible for developing HR strategies in alignment with the Organizational strategies as Islamic Shariah to produce superior performance and growth by developing standard, repeatable systems, processes, and capabilities that make it fast and easy for Dawat-e-Islami to enhance its growth strategy with staffing models that fit a modern workforce.

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending same Human Resource policies and procedures through out the world.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions within all departments.
  • Maintains organizational departments & staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs (Tarbiyyati Nishist).
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results, to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences (Madani Mashwaray) with employees within different Departments); hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; awarding benefit contracts.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements which differs by country to country; conducting investigations; maintaining records;
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records through HR Software.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by creating educational workshops (Tarbiyyati Nishist); establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education & Experience Required:

· MBA in HR, 8 to 10 years Experience including 3-5 years at progressive management level

· Certification (Global Professional of Human Resources ‘GPHR’, Professional in Human Resources ‘PHR’, etc.), preferred
