CAREER PATH

As Category Manager, you will be the custodian and champion of the assigned category. Upon successful management of the category for a period of 2 years, based on your passion, you will have the opportunity to move into Sales or After-sales Customer Services or handle multiple categories while remaining within Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building the Annual Operating Plan and ensuring its achievement.
  • Obtain consumer insights through research & market visits and implement marketing strategies to meet customer expectations.
  • Lead product development activities for the category.
  • Work with communication agency to achieve brand / category KERD parameters.
  • Monitoring and delivering on key brand performance indicators for the assigned category.
  • Preparing communication strategies (ATL & BTL) with agency and communication team.
  • Tracking monthly sales performance through dash boards and recommending push and pull strategies.
  • Leading consumer and brand learning plan development.
