|
Job purpose: The Market Research Manager would direct and coordinate activities concerned with market research and development of new concepts, ideas, basic data on & applications for organization's brands, products & services. Responsibilities: - Prepare & Execute Research Calendar based on Research opportunities & problems identified with internal customers.
- Identify, plan and review new research techniques for implementation (e.g., CMI, Retail Audit, LSM tools etc.).
- Recommend research tools & methodologies to cater to Research problems
-New Products
-Unsatisfied needs
-Dawlance touch points (End users & Dealers)
-Changes in existing products- Prepare questionnaires and discussion guide based on communicated objectives by internal customers
- Identify the opportunities for initiatives in customer centric approach for internal and external customers.
- Identify research requirements for non Sales, Service and Marketing departments.
- Responsible for monthly KERD execution as per agreed calendar and present outcome to marketing team and BOD with recommendation on corrective measures
- Manage Research budgets
- Present Research outcomes to internal customers & suggest way forward
- Agency selection for various external studies
- Direct supervision of strategic in depth interviews
- Assist CRM in finalizing and executing Dealers' Satisfaction Surveys and Climate Surveys and prepare reports for presentation
