1. Responsible to hire, develop, motivate and maintain at least 10 productive ┬ôSales Representative┬ö (Takaful Consultant) as per the Company┬Ĺs requirement and subject to SECP rules and regulations.
2. Responsible for monitoring and report activities of self and team on a daily basis.
3. Responsible to evaluate performance of sales force & their productivity.
4. Responsible to Set weekly, monthly and quarterly targets for self and team to meet assigned Unit Sales Target for the quarterly basis.
5. Ensure strict compliance (self and team) to the rules and regulations of SECP and those set by the Company.
6. Responsible to assess marketing potential of new and existing customers, considering statistics and expenditures.
7. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
8. Responsible for providing quality product presentation to customers and take steps to provide right image of the product to customers.
9. Responsible to focus on making consistent, frequent contact with our existing customers resulting in creating new sales opportunities
10. Responsible to nominate the sales force for Basic Training Course with the help of ABM/Branch Mangers to training department
