|
Main Purpose of the job: The position is responsible for handling the finance and accounts function of Company, including managing daily accounts functions, cash flows, taxes, budget, and general accounting. Responsibilities: - Supervision of preparation and verification of payment, receipt and Journal Vouchers
- Supervision of Positing of vouchers in the Accounting System
- Generation of trail balance and preparation of financial statements
- Supervision of Payroll
- Maintenance of Petty Cash at Karachi and Islamabad
- Deduction and deposit of Withholding Tax
- Submission of monthly tax returns relating to payroll and advance tax
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing Investment of Funds
- Maintenance of Gratuity and Provident Fund Trust
- Preparation of monthly dashboards
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and consolidation thereof
- Overseeing share and Investor Account with CDC
Skills Required:- Understanding of accounting processes and procedures and financial reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Knowledge of international accounting standards, SECP regulations and relevant corporate laws and regulations
- Excellent Computer skills with proficiency in ERP system
- Self-motivated, energetic possessing integrity and high ethical standards
- Flexible and able to handle a multitude of priorities
