Responsible for:
· This project manager will lead groups of Software Engineers and Software Test Engineers during the development and/or testing of complicated Windows-based and Web-based scientific and business application software projects.
· This person will write project documentation, specifications, and test plans.
· They will be responsible for all aspects of the Quality System requirements for production level software.
· Will work with the software and test engineers through all stages of the software development lifecycle, and will work closely with hardware, firmware & production engineering.
· Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of our client.
· Conduct daily scrum meetings.
Requirements:
· This position requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific field with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software development.
· Must have an understanding of the software development lifecycle, design control and integration with QA test planning and execution.
· Must have good communication, writing, presentation, analytical, and problem solving skills.
· Must also be able to work within an interdisciplinary team.
· Must have solid background in managing large scale software projects
· Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices.
· Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues.

· Self-motivated, team player, action-and-results oriented
· Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
· Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
