- Graduate Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/E&I) of large scale infrastructure projects such as dams, canals and barrages.
- Must be well-versed with construction management techniques and optimum utilization of resources.
- Ability to successfully control and supervise all aspects of site execution for a project, manage activities of all internal establishments, and successfully complete project with ownership of company core and operating values by ensuring their effective implementation.
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills
