| Job Description: |
|
- To identify risk in the processes and projects undertaken by the Company.
- To quantify risk in terms of time, cost and quality and identification of critical risk in the process and projects on different stages of project life cycle undertaken by the Company.
- To identify, analyze and manage the expected pre and post-award contractual risks in the project.
- To create awareness from risk protection and coordination between different departments for smooth and efficient functioning of organization.
- To develop risk transferring strategies, where applicable, to transfer project risks to insurance companies, sub-contractors and suppliers through effective contracts.
- To simulate business risks on short term verses long term planning horizon in coordination with BD and Proposal Department.
- At pre-bid stage; risk identification, evaluation, assessment and advising the mitigation measures/strategies to minimize negative impact on Companys profitability.
- At post-bid stage i.e. Project Execution; ensure and facilitate establishment of Risk Management System at project level and monitor the risk register. Identify the positive risks and advise to increase the probability of positive impacts to improve project profit.
- Carry out contractual audits, including risk management audits and formulate guideline to improve project delivery/completion.
- Any other technical or administrative task assigned by Management/HOD within or beyond the scope of work.
Knowledge & Skills - Good understanding of project management, business analysis, value management methods, techniques & tools.

- Expert abilities in risk & issue management.
- Proven ability to provide service, develop consensus and successfully manage relationship.
- Construction supervision, HVAC and Mechanical works of multistory buildings, infrastructures etc.
- Risk assessment and modeling based project management of oil and gas pipeline projects, civil construction etc.
- Team player with can do attitude & customer focused approach.
