- Prepare, and upgrade the requirements and ensure alignment of systems strategy with the company objectives.
- Manage Configuration, master data templates and master data, roles and authorizations.
- Involvement in day-to-day team tasks (Incidents for resolution, analyzing change requests, etc.).
- Supporting end users in troubleshooting, technical research on configuration problems and functional issues.
- Create functional specifications for reports, enhancements, work flows, Data warehouse reports.
- Perform initial testing on testing environment to make it available for the end users before UAT startup.
- Prepare and update a log of identified bug/issue/queries. Suggest corrective actions required.
- Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy
- Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS standards) as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work
