| Job Description: |
|
- To plan, organize, oversee and manage the construction sequences and site activities for timely completion and within cost budget.
- To assist Project Manager in coordination, arranging and distributing of work at site.
- To prepare daily report, keep all site records and documents.
- Able to work independently and extended hour.
- To ensure works done by Sub-Contractors are complied with all technical requirements and specification.
- To ensure work done are up to quality satisfaction especially finishing and carpentry works.
- To inspect and handle all materials delivery and proper storage at site.
- Posses own transport..

Bachelor Civil Engineering, minimum 3 years experience in managing and executing interior fit out works like ceilings, carpets flooring, demountable partitions, wall paneling etc.
The candidate shall be responsible independently managing multiple site locations.
Able to understand Auto CAD Layouts and 3d models.
