The successful candidates will be required to handle telephonic complains and grievances of agricultural workers.
The Project Officers will function in two shifts of 8 hours each (First Shift: 7:00 am to 4 pm; Second Shift: 2 pm to 10 pm - there will be one hour break and two 15 minutes breaks).
The Project Officers will be responsible for the overall function of complain handling, recording and providing remote counseling and support system.. and The Project Officer will be reporting to the Project Manager for their routine work.
The Project Officers will be provided training as per the Standard Operating Procedures in handling complains. There may be additional responsibilities.
