The successful candidates will be required to handle telephonic complains and grievances of agricultural workers.

The Project Officers will function in two shifts of 8 hours each (First Shift: 7:00 am to 4 pm; Second Shift: 2 pm to 10 pm - there will be one hour break and two 15 minutes breaks).

The Project Officers will be responsible for the overall function of complain handling, recording and providing remote counseling and support system.. and The Project Officer will be reporting to the Project Manager for their routine work.

The Project Officers will be provided training as per the Standard Operating Procedures in handling complains. There may be additional responsibilities.

Skills

He/she must hold a Bachelor degree preferably in social sciences and preferably has 2 to 3 years of experience working with a civil society organization. He/She should has the ability to interact with workers having no educational back ground. He/she should have strong active listening skills and inquisitive mind to ask probing questions. He/she should has the capacity to hear complains of workers, take extensive notes, and fill information on a computer data base. Candidate should be a team player, problem solvers, proactive, willing worker, and has a positive attitude. He/she should be willing to spend extra hours if required.

The applicant MUST be able to speak either in Pushtu or Punjabi Language. We will hire two officers who are fluent in Punjab and two officer who are fluent in Pushtu. He/she must also have command of Urdu language and good understanding of English language.

Expertise of handling social networking site (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, vimeo, youtube), or good command of CorelDraw software, and Inpage (Urdu Softare) will be an advantage. Expertise in database management and webpage management will also be a strong advantage.
