- To manage the overall Production Departments (Liquid Paints & Powder Coatings).

- To follow the Production manufacturing procedures.

- To follow the SAP & ISO procedures during the work.

- To co-ordinate with the Sales, Production & Raw Material Stores departments for incoming & outgoing materials.

- To plan periodic maintenance of the machines in co-ordination with the maintenance department.

- To inform about any delay/problem to the GM Production immediately.

- To ensure production to be done as per manufacturing & packing instructions.

- To follow the quality & safety procedures during the work.

- To ensure the proper housekeeping & disinfection of the empty paint tanks & pipes of water to avoid bacteria growth.

- To learn about the use & then train the staff for proper use & handling of all the new machinery which is installed.

- To train the staff on production processes.

- To plan tinters / intermediates well in time to avoid any delay in the production.
