Assistant Manager - Accounting in CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY based in QATAR
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 5-7 years Mid-Level experience of which at least 2-4 years should be with CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
- ERP Knowledge/ Experience
- Education: MBA/ M.Com/ ACCA
- Well versed with Cash Flow Management.
Job Duties
- · Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- · Report to management regarding the finances of establishment in approved reporting formats. Generate relevant MIS reports
- · Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Guide department colleagues on the same.
- · Develop, implement, modify and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current IT/ other ERP packages
- · Maintain or examine the records of accounts and work towards conference of the same to any prescribed rules and regulations of various government authorities
- · Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
- · Schedule and prepare for periodical audit by internal and external agencies
- · Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses and/or to provide advice. Report to Finance Manager
