Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for all HR activities assigned by HR Manager, to ensure smooth running of Department. Including but not limited to recruitment, development , motivation, retention. Job responsibilities include the following:

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave record as per policy and prepare reports accordingly
  • Ensure personnel files & database is maintained accurately.
  • Marketing vacancies through different medium: intranet, websites, newspapers, forums
  • Ensure recruitment policy is followed through: from requisition to employee start, inc. sourcing, short listing candidates,
  • Setting up and conducting interviews and offer /contract management as per manager instructions
  • Produce and maintain all employment related documentation inc hiring, termination, verification and payroll
  • Co-ordinate & deliver induction to new employees
  • Assist in Payroll, maintaining LWoP, amendments, new hires and terminations
  • Assist in annual appraisal, preparing reports, matrix and employee letters
  • Prepare Employee separation notice and related documents inc of exit interview
  • Conduct disciplinary/Grievance hearings
  • Perform Ad-hoc duties and general administrative tasks

Skills Required:

  • Good command on MS Office Word, Excel & Visio
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of IT field preferred
