The candidate must be technically sound, organized and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering using Java. - Expertise in core Java, especially in J2EE
- Knowledge or experience in relevant frameworks or technologies such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate etc.
- Strong object-oriented skills
- Developing software that meets requirements
- Facilitating refinement and elaboration of requirements and design
- Writing quality code that minimizes rework
- Facilitation in performing impact analysis against software change requests
- Facilitation in developing specifications and creating other process artifacts
