Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of departments on the floor
Manage petty cash and maintain record for all receipts and bills
Maintain office supplies inventory log for reporting
Gather requirement from employees and provide office supplies (Stationery & kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks; task includes ordering new supplies, identifying new suppliers and obtaining the best price for Alert
Manage vendors
Assist in managing Administration budget
Process invoices for the team including validating and obtaining authorization for payment
Attend to lower staff queries and ensure timely resolutions and manage their rosters
Ensure appropriate housekeeping at floor to maintain productive ambience
Provide feedback to lower staff on their performance against expectations; guide, coach and counsel them for performance maximization
Maintain telecommunication/PABX system
Manage travel bookings and reservations for all employees
Manage Company events in coordination with all departments
The duties will be revised from time to time, any additional task assigned by the supervisor will also be the employees responsibility

Self-starter with ability to take initiative and multi task
Knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel preferred

It was in this context that I launched Dignosco in 2009 as a social enterprise focused on human capital creation through a Facebook group Dignosco is a social enterprise that provides College and Career Counseling across Pakistan, North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East Asia. We have offices in Lahore and Karachi led by a team of young professionals with background in Social Sciences Research, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Equity. They have attended Yale, Oxford, UCL, NYU, National University of Singapore and LUMS.
