This is a clients services engineer position to provide phone, web conferencing, and email-based pre-sales and post-sales technical support for our software products to customers in US, Canada, and Western Europe. You will work closely with sales representatives and sales management team.

Required Qualifications:

  • BCS/BSE or equivalent degree with an impessive GPA!
  • Strong .NET/Java programming skills required
  • Excellent English communications (written and Verbal) a must
  • Excellent presentations skills & confident personality required
  • Must have passion to learn and grow professionally

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on our distributed caching product NCache
  • Interact with client engineers in US/Europe (phone & email)
  • Grow into a Solution Expert role and give demos and webinars
  • Possible travel to USA/Europe for customer visits or tradeshows
