- Create, maintain, and execute development plans, resulting in achieving engagement goals
- Fluent in English Writing, Reading
- Able to work on deadlines and manage several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong command of WordPress content management system
- Have analytical mind to derive information from web metrics
- Can adapt quickly to new technologies
- Write “clean”, well designed code
- Produce detailed specifications
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Follow industry best practices
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including MySQL, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Javas script, AJAX etc.
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
- Experience in common third-party APIs (google, Facebook, etc.)
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
- Flexible to occasionally work outside of standard business hours
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
