- Manager housekeeping are in charge of overseeing and directing the cleaning activities
- Responsible to prepare and plan work schedules and handles customer service and complaints as well
- Managing and controlling the linen and equipment supplied
- Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews
- Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses for all pre and post events
- Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment
- Monitor and perform inventories weekly / monthly. Ensure enough guest supply, linen supply and uniform
- Ensuring the implementation of roster by keeping countercheck on it
- Accomplish all the other tasks assigned by senior line of reporting
- 5-10 years of prior Supervisory/ Management experience in 4/5 star Hotel
- Flexible with schedule and a hands-on operational leader
- Must have sound knowledge of laundry operations and inventory management
- Problem solver with the ability to be pragmatic and lead a team of over 20 personnel
- Liaise exceptionally with other departments and execute projects in a timely manner
- Attentive to detail and be able to train the team first hand
