DT Solutions currently has a position open for a mid-level HR / Admin Person who must have working experienced in an IT relevant industry. We are looking for a candidate who can work on general administration tasks, HR Work and other multiple business related work.

Skills Required:

The candidate must have strong working experience in HR / Administration of an IT Business company and demonstrate the following skill sets listed below:

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Candidate will be responsible for performing all HR functions including recruitment, salary management, grievance settlement and other HR areas
  • Maintained monthly attendance and leave record of the employees for payroll
  • Arranging interviews and conducting telephone interviews
  • Candidate is able to collaborate with the team in the development of the HR module in organization's ERP
  • The candidate should also have the experience of management of administrative functions
  • Monitor Administration Department of the company for smooth operations
  • Prepared orientation plan for new employees with correspondence of team management
  • Providing correspondence services and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all issues are dealt efficiently
  • Created and modified all HR concerned letters, forms and responses containing routine inquiries related to HR
  • Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be Graduate in HR / Administration / IT from an accredited college or university
  • Must have proven professional and expert level working experience in HR Management with IT Experience and Background
