The ERP Sales Associate聮s role is to be responsible for generating New Business and Sales for the organization and will have to meet the quarterly and annual sales / revenue quota set by the organization. He/ she will work in conjunction with the Solution Architect, Product Management and Pre Sales team to achieve these targets. As a member of the core sales team he/she will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of requirements analysis, solution development, in depth product demonstrations, to transition professional services.
路 Generate new business leads in the mid to large size organizations.
路 Lead Generation through cold calling, market research & email marketing
路 Lead qualification & Follow up
路 Preparation of Quotations, Follow-up and ensuring closure of leads
路 Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made
路 Constant interaction with clients to understand requirements, scope and business potential and maintaining good client relationship
路 Provides timely feedback regarding performance.
路 Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
路 Conduct sales presentations on site & off site
路 Identify gap fit and suggest suitable product & solution to prospects
路 Work closely with Project team for solution offering and Demonstration
路 Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
路 Achieve quarterly & yearly Sales targets

路 Insures that he / she meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
路 Sets examples for team members in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
路 Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
路 Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
路 1-2 years of experience in sales management of ERP solutions like Oracle and SAP.
路 Experience with ERP software solutions for SME a or mid to large complex organizations.
路 Experience in Supplier Relationship Management.
路 Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
路 Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
路 Must be Result-driven, resourceful and self-motivated with a strong flair for Sales
路 Must demonstrate exceptional selling skills, competence in time management, networking and target marketing to specific prospects.
路 Good networking and relationships in the industry.
路 Exceptional communication skills along with presentation, negotiation and time management skills, strong business & work ethics, positive attitude and professional demeanor required
路 Must have the ability to convince others and also have the ability to keep calm while working under pressure.
路 Excellent MS Office skills specially on Power Point
路 Must have multitasking ability and should be able to maintain records
路 Be willing to travel and work for long hours both inside and outside the office premises.
路 Work under the guidelines and directives of the management for all campaigns and activities
BBA Or MBA Marketing Or MS IT from a well reputed University
