Job Objective: The ERP Sales Manager聮s role is to be responsible for generating New Business and Sales for the organization and will have to meet the quarterly and annual sales / revenue quota set by the organization. He/ she will work in conjunction with the Solution Architect, Product Management and Pre Sales team to achieve these targets. As a member of the core sales team he/she will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of requirements analysis, solution development, in depth product demonstrations, to transition professional services. Job Responsibilities: 路 Generate business leads, Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 路 Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. 路 Prepare action plans for individuals as well as for team to effectively search sales leads and prospects. 路 Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 路 Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect solutions submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. 路 Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. 路 Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses. 路 Conduct sales presentation, negotiate and prepare sales proposals 路 Prepare budget forecasts for products and solutions. 路 Prepare cash flow for each product and solution 路 Identify gap fit and suggest suitable product & solution to prospects 路 Work closely with Project team for solution offering 路 Demonstrate products & solutions 路 Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Associates. 路 Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. 路 Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Relationships and Roles: 路 Insures that all Sales Associates meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes. 路 Delegates authority and responsibility with Sets examples for Sales Associates in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits. 路 Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales Associates to build motivation and selling skills. 路 Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 路 Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Job Specifications: 路 5-8 years of experience in sales management of ERP solutions like Oracle and SAP. 路 Experience with ERP software solutions for mid to large complex organizations. 路 Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management. 路 Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 路 Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. 路 Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Skills : 路 Must be Result-driven, resourceful and self-motivated with a strong flair for Sales 路 Experience in C-level Direct capture campaigns and sales performance based on specific targets 路 Must demonstrate exceptional selling skills, competence in time management, networking and target marketing to specific prospects. 路 Advanced networking and relationships in the industry. 路 Exceptional communication skills along with presentation, negotiation and time management skills, strong business & work ethics, positive attitude and professional demeanor required 路 Must have the ability to convince others and also have the ability to keep calm while working under pressure. 路 Excellent MS Office skills specially on Power Point 路 Proven people skills with effective experience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating direct sales reports as assigned in a services industry focus (intangible product set) 路 Must have multitasking ability and should be able to maintain records 路 Be willing to travel and work for long hours both inside and outside the office premises. 路 Work under the guidelines and directives of the management for all campaigns and activities Qualification: MBA Marketing Or MS IT from a well reputed university.
