- You must be educated to a degree level from UK/US/Canada (please DO NOT apply if you are unable to meet this criteria)
- You must be extremely customer oriented and must have experience in customer services or sales for an international client
- Offer exceptional customer services experience to customers with enhanced communication skills

- You are expected to be an efficient communicator, with excellent report writing skills and be able to communicate with the users professionally over the phone and via the email
- You will work closely with the internal technical team, site engineers and 3rd party vendors to ensure the issues reported by the customers are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Co-ordinate technical information to internal and external stakeholders
- Interested in sales and marketing activities such as e-marketing, content creation, improving websites and marketing collateral
- Excellent spoken / written English skills

Mandatory:
- Bachelors or advanced degree from the UK, US, Canada etc.
- Able to speak English fluently in British accent or North American accent (2nd priority) or at least a neutral accent.
- 2 years+ work experience (preferably in the UK or North America) in the outsourcing industry, directly working with international customers.
Desirable:
- Degree in business/marketing will be advantageous
- Experience in telephony systems
- Hands-on experience with security products including open source products.
- Experienced in sales and marketing activities such as e-marketing, content creation and improving websites.
