We are a young, dynamic, and fast growing company looking for an amazing Web Graphic Designer who can turn great ideas into creative solutions. The qualified candidate will work as a part of the Design & Development team in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirement:
MUST have experience of working in an advertising agency.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the design activities from concept to execution including preparation of creative brief and other design artifacts;
- Production and design of digital mockups;
- Translating wireframes and mockups into eye-catching graphics;
- Designing web-based interfaces and creating design layouts and artwork;
- Work on design projects for our clients across various industries and verticals;
Skills Required:
- Very strong conceptualization skill and ability to translate the concept into amazing design;
- Excellent sense of layout and design for Web and Mobile UI;
- Strong Knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS and JQuery;
- Experience and expertise of responsive design is a MUST;
- Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign);
- Strong knowledge of User Experience best-practices;
- Excellent knowledge of layout, color, grid systems and visual communication;
- Understanding of the principles of typography, photography, illustration, color and design;
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (W3C Guidelines);
- Experience of Flash and animation scripting and responsive design is a plus;
- Highly organized self-starter who can work independently with strong attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline centric environment;
- A portfolio of previous and current work demonstrating a diverse range of projects;
