Support M & E Manager to define M & E functions and strategy for all EFS interventions in the country.
Ensure that M & E is infused in all of EFS interventions to provide effective support to Programme units.
Implement and manage M & E systems at field level including collating, compiling, analyzing program learning and subsequent reporting on all EFS interventions.
Carry out follow-up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in action plan, also maintain Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker.
Support/undertake impact evaluation, assessments, researches and baseline on behalf of EFS
To organize learning events and work on the capacity building of EFS personnel/ IPs where required for system strengthening and sharing of learning.
Education Fund For Sindh - EFS (A company set up under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984) is set up to increase access of good quality, cost effective education to the poorest segment of society focused in Sindh. EFS addresses the current education crisis in Pakistan through a multi-faceted strategy that focuses on grass-root level support to families, capacity building of schools and NGO partnering for extensive reach of its programmes that focuses on identifying out of school children and providing them access to school education. Our focus is primary level education and EFS is targeting to enroll 180,000 out of school children in schools by 2016. EFS' primary donor at the moment is UK Government Department for International Development- (DFID)
