Key Responsibility: Assist and support customer in a smooth operation throughout their software working.
Other Responsibilities:
- Work with Support Manager to keep a track of every customer issues and problems
- Promote positive learning behavior
- Provide online solutions to clients online and as well as onsite
- Make sure a smooth working experience for inner and outer clients
- Carry out software installation
- Maintain accurate records for all software (including licensing) user support
- Contribute to the development of the network system
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new IT systems
- Should be able to know how to install windows on computers
- Make sure a smooth working experience with all the windows versions (XP, Win 7, Win 8, Win 8.1 etc.)
- Maintain product consistency throughout the cycle
