| Job Description: |

|
1. Basic responsibilities are to entertain website visitors via Live Chat Support, sending prompt responses to emails, and managing other day-to-day online company's business.
2. The candidate should have high speed internet facility at his/her place because that`s where he/she will work from. Generally online customer care staff don't have to visit office on daily basis (but once or twice per week and that too only for meetings, training etc).
3. The candidate will be expected to be online all the time during work timings (through Yahoo IM and/or MSN). He/She will be assigned tasks, and be supervised by his/her manager, online. 4. When required; candidates will visit office for necessary training, progress evaluation, weekly meetings etc. Note: Its a Home Based job. Job timing is 8pm to 2am. Candidate must have high speed internet connection. |
