Working Hours: 08 in (Night Shift)
Communication Skills: Expert in English
- Written : By able to write succinctly and precisely
- Verbal : fluent speaker with American ascent preferred , appropriate use of tenses
- Listening: Active listening skills to understand customer needs quickly and be able to summarize to validate the same.
Experience:
- Minimum five years of experience of working with Excel
- Expert level knowledge of Excel ( Formulas, Vlookup, Hlookup, charts, Functions, Pivot Table, Filters, Grouping macros, Connecting to external databases, working with Multiple worksheets
- Analytical Thinker
- Responsible for collecting data from multiple sources, analyzing and creating report in MS Excel.
- Typing: speed 60 WPM.
Organizational Skills :
- Punctually (zero excuse or absenteeism)
- Organize files/information in appropriate folders
- Follow up on tasks assigned with extreme responsibility “to get things done”
- Follow rules (no mistakes, zero tolerance for mistakes)
- “Can do” attitudes

- Flexible about working hours
- Quick Learner (need to be taught once)
