Job purpose

  • Builds business by identifying and selling Emaar Pakistan products;

Nature & Scope

  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets. Maintaining and developing business with existing and potential customers;

Principal accountabilities

  • Enhances team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions.
  • Prospecting through: Traffic at sales centre, emails, phone calls, and management referred clients, Real Estate agents referred clients, lending institutions, social function, using personnel network.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. The reports shall include but not limited to the following:
  • Daily/monthly activity reports
  • Maintains quality service
  • Contributes to team effort
  • Achieving sales target (individual / team).
  • Maintain knowledge on competition and prices.
  • Maximize customer penetration through use of prospecting, presentation, selling, closing, follow up and account development skills.
  • Stay abreast of evolving information available to the industry.
  • Must work weekends and holidays & occasional travel may be required.
  • To liaison with other departments to get information for the Sales department.

Qualifications & Experience (Competencies Required)

  • A business graduate with demonstrable sales track-record in selling luxury / high-value/ high-end products or services
  • Solid experience of selling to & business development with high net worth individuals.
  • Must have good Real Estate knowledge & be familiar with new home sales.
  • Effective oral and written communication & Presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationships.
  • Prospecting Skills.
  • Negotiation.
  • Meeting Sales Goals.
  • Must be able to work under pressure (Launches) and meet deadlines.
