- The job holder is responsible for the operational coordination of activities of procurement and follows up of orders with regard to the Company’s purchase operations.
- The job holder coordinates with the vendors and user departments to ensure delivery and monitors progress. He manages his work primarily by ensuring accessibility all the time to both internal customers as well as vendors
- Develop and Maintain List of Approved Vendors and assist in identifying and vendor prequalification
- Coordinate between vendors and User Departments till the delivery of goods/services.
- Prepare Purchase Orders, and Service Level Agreement for goods along with all necessary supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
- Provide support in payment process.
Skills
• Experience in ERP environment shall be preferred
• Adequate knowledge of construction and building material, marketing services. Real estate developer industry knowledge shall be preferred.
• Sound Negotiation Skill and have Interpersonal and good communication skills.
