· To find potential new customers and to submit proposals to them, ultimately convert them into clients.

· To manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

· To deal with the USA/UK clients over the phone and via emails.

· To hand over the project to management team successfully, once the terms and conditions are finalized by the clients.

· Must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

· Must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.

Responsibilities

· Clearly communicates all assignments, conducts appropriate follow-ups

· Adheres to all writing style guidelines and standards in execution excellence

· Coordinates and incorporates all final proposal reviews

· Responsible for end-to-end development, coordination, and execution of the proposal response by the client's deadline

Requirements:

· Must have excellent communication skills - both oral and written

· Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation, must be a self-starter/motivator

· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

· Excellent writing skills, with a strong ability to summarize data concisely and clearly

· Must be able to work from 7pm-5am

Qualifications:
