• CSR will be receiving calls from Clients
  • Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
  • Provide quality customer service on every call.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Client's
  • Routing the calls to concerned departments if needed.
  • Organize and prioritizes duties
  • CSR will be responsible to solve customer queries on Live Chat Support
  • CSR will handle customer queries via emails
  • Only those candidates apply who are willing to work in night shift
  • Minimum one year experience is required in client services
  • This is a night shift job 7pm to 4am, five days a week (Monday-Friday)
  • Its not a typical call center job, its career progressive job
  • Attractive commission structure apart from the basic salary.
