The position is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed Sales, Customer lifetime value and Revenue.
Essestial Job Functions:
- Directs all day to day operations and planning.
- Provide leadership and enhanced problem solving skills, as well as effectively coach, train and motivate a diverse sales orgnization toward reaching growth objectives.
- Supervision of Sales managers, Supervisiors and Sales staff.
- Providing direction for training, coaching, motivation, monitoring and scheduling strategies.
- Leads the development and implementation of a positive winning sales culture.
- Constantly evaluates, Communicate sales and Operational results and Sales Agents.
- Constantly works with teams to to identify and implement tactices to increase sales performance.
- P&L responsibilty for Department.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly progress and report to senior management.
Posotion Requirements:
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to perform functions of Supervisors, as well as delegating authority to carry out work of the unit to subordinate Supervisors.
- Candidates with experience in packaing and printing related field would be given preferance.
- American native accent would be preferred
Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelors Degree with 2-3 Years of experience in Sales Management, as well as 5-6 Years Call Center experience preferred.
