- Overall data processing in ERP
- Maintain updated record in ERP
- Producing Regular Reports for RB and ESCS.
- Communication effectively with other departments and Asst. warehouse manager/ Operation
- Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
- Provide shift leadership of warehouse team, set targets and monitor performance Effectively communicate and report to senior management team
Specific Jobs Needs to be done
- Daily cross checking of all received stocks in MFG and ERP
- Retrieval of Pre-IGP and making of IGP
- Analysis of Offloading plan and save it.
- Preparation of GRN
- Reporting to UPL and other concerns immediately about the exception reported by offloading team
- DDS analysis
- Preparation of put down list and assign duty of FLO ( Fork Lift Operator ) to conduct
- Pick list preparation according to the vehicle plane given by the transport
- Handover pick lists to Floor supervisor
Skills
Exposure to ERP will be an advantage
