Store Officer has the following responsibilities and authorities, which includes;
Vehicle wise planning of picking.
Supervising picking process is being done as per SOPs defined.
Assigning TCs and labor duties as and when required
Maintaining documents as per defined SOPs.
Maintaining warehouse in a clean and orderly manner.
Specific Jobs Needs to be done:
Preparation of daily program registers and ensuring all dispatch documents are accounted for
Reviewing the replenishment plan and execution of the putdown process
Obtaining pick list from the BPO and vehicle wise arrangement of DA
Assigning DAs to related store keepers
Responsible for maintaining required picking speed
Assist store officers in stock allocation while picking
Report abnormality to shift in charge
Monitoring the adherence of picking SOPs
Responsible for stock safety after the picking and before loading
Ensuring loading is done as per UPL standards thus ensuring shipping accuracy
Updating status of activities to shift In-charge
Ensuring right after the loading Out Ward Gate Pass is made and handed over to Driver
Facilitating store officer in case of any error at location and responsible for corrective action
Timely completion of offloading and Put away.
Any discrepancy is report to Shift Supervisor / BPO /Executives
Completion of inbound/outbound activities in timely manner.
