Primary Responsibilities: Revenue Generation: - Achievement of annual volume & revenue target of Territory.
- Achievement of monthly volume & revenue target of Territory.
Business Development: - Business expansion in existing & new geographies as per instructions.
- Execute launches of new products and brands as per plan.
- Execution of trade marketing initiatives as per plan.
- Deployment of merchandising assets as per plan.
- Execution of capacity building initiatives for business growth.
Operational Efficiency: - Ensure continuous deployment of Human & material resource to deliver distribution objectives
- Ensure proper record of fixed assets deployed in the market
- Ensure effective spend of trade budgets to maximize sales
- Timely identification of issues hampering the business growth for further action
- Preparation, maintenance & servicing of distribution routes to maximize productivity & profitability of the business.
- Keen market intelligence & timely reporting for further action.
Personnel Management:- Ensure compliance to safety standards at all times and situations
- Ensure compliance of operating procedures to minimize all type risks
