Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

--Revenue Generation:

--Achievement of annual volume & revenue target of Territory.

--Achievement of monthly volume & revenue target of Territory.

--Business Development:

--Business expansion in existing & new geographies as per instructions.

--Execute launches of new products and brands as per plan.

--Execution of trade marketing initiatives as per plan.

--Deployment of merchandising assets as per plan.

--Execution of capacity building initiatives for business growth.

--Operational Efficiency:

--Ensure continuous deployment of Human & material resource to deliver distribution objectives

--Ensure proper record of fixed assets deployed in the market

--Ensure effective spend of trade budgets to maximize sales

--Timely identification of issues hampering the business growth for further action

--Preparation, maintenance & servicing of distribution routes to maximize productivity & profitability of the business.

--Keen market intelligence & timely reporting for further action.

--Personnel Management:

--Ensure compliance to safety standards at all times and situations

--Ensure compliance of operating procedures to minimize all type risks

SKILLS:

5.1 Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate

5.2 Experience: At least 2 years of sales management experience.

5.3 Quality management :
