Job Description:

1)Managing updating Note Book of Daily jobs.

2)Manage Security of office/s Building.

3)Managing all office/s Electricity, Networking, telecom, Gas and Water supplies smoothly.

4)Manage Cleanliness of office/s Building.

5)Manage staff and guest’s lunch, tea coffee etc.

6)Managing paying, all daily or monthly utilities liabilities.

7)Responsible of all survey and procurement of company.

8)Record keeping, of all sorts of expenditures and reporting (written) daily.

9)Record keeping of all office/s Inventories and its maintenance and reporting weekly.

10)Managing all Banking activities.

11)Dealing with Tax, legal and other departments issues, when required.

12)Managing lodging, messing, traveling, ticking and transportation of staff
