· Assist with day to day operations of the HR function.
· Advertise job vacancies, assess application and interview applicants
· Must have knowledge of Employee banking (bank accounts of employees)
· Must have knowledge of Labor law and EOBI Policies and able to deal with them
· Must be able to implement policies and documentation.
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations.
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing and managing relevant data (Absence leaves loan etc).
Administration
· To carry out all maintenance work of all locations including Generator, ACs and Electrical work etc.
· Proper recording and live view of CCTV of all locations
· Negotiations skills with suppliers and vendors for any maintenance work.
