-Manage retail staff,working on floor including cashiers.

-Work on store displays/merchandising.
-Coach,counsel and train sales staff / cashiers.
-Evaluate performance of sales staff/cashiers by apprasials.
-Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
-Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock and forward demand for deficiency.
-Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company's standards.
-Record sales figures for data analysis and forward planning.
-Make sure that for purchase/sales health and safety measures are met.
-Monitor local competitors.
-Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with company policy.
-Organize and distribute staff schedules ,maintain staff strength.
-Help,drive,motivate and encourge sales staff to acheive sales targets.
-Handle customer complaints,issues and queries.
-Receive stock properlymovement of stock from one shop to another.
-Monitor opening/closing processes of shift/shop.
-Ensure staff does not involve in unwanted activities e.g. use of call phones during duty.
-Ensure Comfortable ambience/lighting arrangments.
-Record attendance of sales staff.Also control the leave of staff.
