ESOLPK IT Services Division seeks experienced Technical Team Lead/ Senior/Junior Software Engineers to join our Growing Technical team based in Islamabad.
We are receiving large scale IT projects from local and foreign markets so You will be supervising and developing web and software projects of small, medium and large scale for our domestic and international customers.
As a Technical Lead, you will be delivering software and web projects from initiation till closing. You must have a solid background in IT projects management and development (minimum of 2-5years) within a disciplined development environment with responsibility of handling teams of 3-5+. You must have a proven track record of IT delivery achievements ideally within the Web and Programming Services area.
As a senior/Junior software engineer, you would be involved in system analysis, coding and software development activities. You Must have handled and succesfully developed web and software projects in variety of technologies like PHP/MySQL, ASP.NET/MSSQL etc.
A reputable software house background is required with excellent skills in IT development estimating, planning, control and reporting techniques. You must also have a solid understanding of development life cycles and quality assurance with experience of writing quality plans for projects.
You must be a polished professional, with excellent communication skills with a strong work ethics and the ability to communicate with clients at a senior level. Excellent motivational and team building skills are required as you will mentor and oversee team members. It's a challenging opportunity within a dynamic environment for a professional Project Manager/Team Lead only.
Permanent Residents of Pindi/Islamabad will be preferred for this position.
Minimum of 1 year of stay on job bond requires to be signed.
Fresh graduates and less than a year experience applicants will only be considered for internships and junior software developer positions for 6 months at fixed monthly stipend.
