Web & Graphic Designer

ESOLPK IT Group has started its new division of M&G (Multimedia & Graphics) to support its worldwide clientele. We are looking for experienced and fresh Web and Graphic designers to join our growing team. You must have previously worked in an IT services firm as an graphic/web designer intern or full/part time employee and have developed web layouts and templates, banner ads, flash presentations, creative art work, UI designs of software and web applications.

Responsibilities:

• The Graphic/web Designer will have overall responsibility for working on variety of projects primarily involved in web site design and development, creation of custom graphics.
• Responsible for designing the user interface and overall customer experience for our web sites and applications. This includes overall navigation flow, layout of specific pages, and creation of individual graphic elements.
• Designs and codes front-end promotional and product sites as well as back-end control panel interfaces.
• Supports various teams in the strategic positioning and high-level scoping of projects
• Collaborates with various departments to ensure quality and timely release of products and projects
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skill, and Education/Experience):

• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS JavaScript, Web Slicing and Cascading Style Sheet.
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop CS and Image Ready CS, Macromedia Dream Weaver, Flash,Freehand, Macromedia Fireworks, CorelDraw, Illustrator CS.
• Past experience or knowledge regarding responsive design principles.
• Knowledge and experience working with emerging technologies including CSS3 and HTML5
• Knowledgeable in the design and review process of new project approval workflows.
• Strong sense of web design style, color, layout, and typography
• Ability to manage workflow and deadlines of multiple, simultaneous projects
• Experience in the creative field for corporate/corporate-level websites a plus
