1. Development experience with demonstrable proficiency in building high-performance web applications.
2. Recent development experience in .NET 4.0, C# 4.0, ASP.NET MVC 2.
3. Ability to come up to speed quickly on the latest MVC 3 release.
4. Deep knowledge of client-side WCF 4.0 programming.
5. Deep knowledge of object oriented design and programming (OOP) techniques.
6. Deep knowledge of JSON, JQUERY, WCF, WWF - Windows Work Flow techniques.
