For our various off shore telesales campaigns, we need services of a seasoned, quality assurance supervisor, who could lead this department in future. The candidate must be well qualified, experienced and groomed to plan & execute strategy on his own. The candidate must have relevant rich experience of working in off shore call center for years in TSR, as well as quality assurance areas.
