Our client is a solar company, which has got permission to build solar energy power supply reservoir about 15 KM east of Bhawalpur airport on a piece of 400 acre land allocated by government of Punjab. The project has to roll out on war footings with very tight time lines. The project will involve solar panel table structures installation and connectivity. For this mega watts solar power generation, which is first of its kind in Pakistan, we need services of an experienced “production supervisor”. .
The incumbent will be required to ensure that productivity & Quality of the project. He will be required to manage 5-6 teams of mechanical & Electrical installers, managed directly by team leaders.
A true leader, who has the spirits to command his troops in a sweltering heat of desert in summer, staying in project camp office
It’s a 6 months+ project and then settling back to Lahore office
The incumbent will be accountable to for all installation & QA work carried out in his supervision on this solar mega power project.
Experienced production professional with 2-3 years in supervisory position in industrial production , preferably in process industry (Automobile industry or any engineering manufacturing industry)2. Graduate

4. Lahore or southern Punjab based candidate

Reported by: 05 Team leaders & 01 QC personnel (Any 03-03 of the TLs & QC are to be hired with the clear plans to keep them as back up of block supervisors)
Attractive salary + bonus on meeting project Target set for Blocks (2 gross salaries)
