The person they are looking for should be well conversant with the land & rent laws, understands the mechanism of the construction projects, familiar with the requirement of the government rules and regulations, quick in obtaining required permissions, excellent public relations. The ideal candidate should be graduate preferably masters with 5-10 years of relevant experience and handling of project related administration and in house administration, be between 35 -50 years of age. Good spoken and written English. Should be able to prepare presentations on the projects, undertake report writing, and possess pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
